Philosophy of Care

It takes a lot of courage and vulnerability to reach out for help, and I am honored to be a part of your journey. I work to provide a safe therapeutic environment where my client's can feel comfortable in sharing their life experiences. I believe that everyone can grow and heal when provided with the right environment to process their emotions. I am honored to be a part of my client's life and to be able to support them in reaching their personal, mental, physical, and spiritual goals.

I enjoy working with individuals, teens, and families. I have found in my work as a therapist that the root of many difficulties experienced as an adolescent and adult often stem from the family system. Watching families and individuals achieve personal growth, healing, and increase healthy connections in their relationships with one another has been my passion.

I utilize a person-centered approach providing empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard to meet my client's right where they are at, and to help them to reach their therapeutic goals.
