Philosophy of Care
I take a client-center, collaborative, and systemic approach to therapy. I specialize in working with all aspects of stress that could be preventing someone from living their life to the fullest and becoming better versions of themselves. I take on the approach that all relationships (romantic, familial, cultural, spiritual, self, and etc.) affect and influence how one views and interacts with their daily life and with other people.
My views on healing and transformation lie within the person that they have the ability to change their way of living into a lifestyle that promotes health, positivity, and stability. I want to instill hope that situations can change for the better.
I enjoy working with couples, relationships, and individuals. I want to help those that want to find purpose and meaning in their lives and relationships by utilizing their strengths and resources. My beliefs are to help all relationships see what is the best option for the relationship and for the individuals in the relationships.
